- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Puff Pastry - 14.1 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 1.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 2.8 oz
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut it into 4 strips about 8 cm wide.
Step 2
Grate the cheese.
Step 3
Thaw the green beans, lightly sauté them, seasoning with salt and any spices.
Step 4
On each strip of dough, place the cheese, then the olives and green beans. You can sprinkle with any fresh herbs.
Step 5
Roll the strips into spirals. Brush the edge on one side with beaten egg or water.
Step 6
Line a baking dish (22 cm) with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil.
Step 7
Place the rolls in the dish, shaping the pie into a spiral. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 8
Bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
