Ingredients
- Egg yolks - 6 pieces
- 35% Cream - 4 fl oz
- Sugar - 4.4 oz
- White wine - 1 fl oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the egg yolks in a bowl, add sugar and wine – whisk everything thoroughly. It's best to do this in a food processor. The yolks should increase in volume by about 4 times.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whip the cream.
Step 3
Gently fold the cream into the yolks and mix.
Step 4
Refrigerate for about half an hour. Then serve in cups, topped with berries to your liking.
