  • Thin Crepes - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Spanish onions - 0.4 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sort the arugula, trim the stems, and wash it. Slice the onion into rings, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and slice the salmon and crepe into strips.

Step 2
