- Butter - 7.4 oz
- Dry yeast - 1.8 oz
- Smoked haddock fillet - 14.1 oz
- Perch - 5.3 oz
- Egg white - 1.9 oz
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Spanish onions - to taste
- Sugar - 8.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0 oz
- Salt - 1.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: in room temperature milk, add salt, sugar, yeast, eggs, flour, and melted butter. Knead the dough. Let it rise.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: pass the salmon fillet through a meat grinder, add the pikeperch, egg white, dill, and fried onions, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Shape the pie, create the decoration, brush with egg wash, and let it proof for 40 minutes. Bake at 329°F for 45 minutes until golden brown.
