  • Smoked haddock fillet - 22.9 oz
  • Butter - 2.3 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Capers - 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
  • Puff Pastry - 12.3 oz
  • Mustard Greens - to taste
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Roll out the pastry thinly enough to fit the salmon completely. Place the fillet on the pastry and spread with butter. Wrap in the pastry and pinch to create a tight envelope.

Step 2

Place on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with mustard seeds. Make three small holes on top for steam to escape.

Step 3

Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with green bean pods and broccoli.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Combine the butter, lemon zest, juice, capers, and parsley.
