Ingredients
- Salmon - 4 pieces
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the eggs into the milk, add salt, pepper, herbs (if desired), and whisk.
Step 2
Remove the skin and central bone from the salmon steaks.
Step 3
Cut the steaks in half crosswise.
Step 4
Pour the milk and egg mixture into a heatproof deep bowl.
Step 5
Place the steaks in the bowl and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven for 10–15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with any side dish (in my opinion, with green beans or cauliflower).
