Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 15.9 oz
- Broccoli - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Salmon - 5.3 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.8 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the puff pastry.
Step 2
Without thawing, blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes and drain in a colander.
Step 3
Dry the broccoli florets on a paper towel and cut into pieces.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 5
Rinse the salmon fillet and cut it into strips.
Step 6
Beat the egg with the oil, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix this mixture with the fish and broccoli.
Step 7
Roll out the dough and cut out 20 circles. Place filling on half of them and cover with the remaining circles of dough. Pinch the edges.
Step 8
Separate the yolk from the white and lightly beat it with the milk. Brush the pies with this mixture.
Step 9
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the pies on the sheet, and bake for 25 minutes.
