- Watermelon - 6 lbs
- White Cabbage - 2 lbs
- Salt - 2 tablespoons
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Dill - to taste

Shred the cabbage.
Step 2
Grate the carrot.
Step 3
Mix the grated carrot and cabbage and add salt.

Add spices.

Peel the watermelon and remove all seeds.

Place a small layer of cabbage at the bottom of a three-liter jar.
