Sandwich with Pâté and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 1 piece
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Onion - 0.4 oz
- Pâté - 0.4 oz
- 33% Cream - 1 teaspoon
- Whole Grain Bun - 1 slice
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and champignon.
Step 2
Melt the butter with a pinch of coarse salt in a skillet.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and onion to the butter.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and reduce the heat.
Step 5
After 3–4 minutes, add pepper and stir.
Step 6
Toast the slice of bread on a dry hot skillet on both sides for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Add cream to the mushrooms, stir, and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Spread pâté on the bread.
Step 9
Top with mushrooms.
Step 10
Garnish with a sprig of herbs and serve.
