Sandy Cake with Condensed Milk
Ingredients
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 0 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 2 cans
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the yolks with sugar.
Step 2
Add the butter and mix well.
Step 3
Then add the baking powder, flour, and knead the dough.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet (I have a baking sheet measuring 20x30 cm) with butter or line it with parchment paper. Spread the dough to a thickness of 3–5 mm (I get 2 layers, and I cut the finished layers in half. In total, I get 4 layers measuring 15x20 cm).
Step 5
Bake at 356°F for 15–20 minutes.
Step 6
Spread the baked layer with condensed milk.
Step 7
Cover with the second layer, spread with condensed milk, and so on. Also coat the top and sides of the cake with condensed milk.
