Sandy Cake with Condensed Milk

Ingredients

  • Butter - 7.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Brown Sugar - 2.8 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
  • Vanillin - a knife tip
  • Condensed Milk - to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Citrus Zest Mix - to taste
  • Cognac - 2 tablespoons
  • Walnuts - 3.5 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
  • Cream 22% - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the egg and sugar until white, add 100 g of softened butter, knead, add flour and baking soda, a teaspoon of lemon juice, a tablespoon of cognac, and vanillin. Roll into a ball, place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare the cream: beat the condensed milk, softened butter, cognac, lemon juice, and zest.

Step 3

Take the dough out, divide it into 4 parts, roll out, place on a baking sheet, bake the layers at 392°F for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness.

Step 4

Cool the baked layers, spread with cream, sprinkling each layer with crushed nuts.

Step 5

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the cream, and bring to a homogeneous mass.

Step 6

Pour the cake with chocolate, decorate as desired and according to your abilities :)

Step 7

Leave the finished cake in the refrigerator overnight.
