Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.2 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the butter and sugar in a bowl, beat well with a mixer, and add the vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and add them to the butter mixture, mixing well.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the butter and yolks.
Step 4
Knead a firm dough and divide it into 2 equal parts.
Step 5
Add cocoa to one part and mix thoroughly. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Roll out each piece of dough into a rectangular sheet, then stack them on top of each other and roll into a log.
Step 7
Place the resulting log in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then cut into pieces about half a centimeter thick with a sharp knife.
Step 8
Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake at 356°F for 15–18 minutes.
