- Sausages - 8 pieces
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.5 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 11.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine water, egg white, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Add flour and mix.
Step 5
Pour in the vegetable oil.
Step 6
Knead the dough by hand.
Step 7
Divide into 8 equal parts.
Step 8
Roll one part into a sheet 3–4 mm thick.
Step 9
Place a sausage and make cuts.
Step 10
Wrap the strips of dough overlapping each other.
Step 11
Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg yolk.
Step 12
Bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 25 minutes.
