Description
I made this recipe for the first time and did not let the dough rise in a warm place. As a result, it did not rise (most likely for this reason). Therefore, with the unrisen dough, I ended up with 8 sausages. For those whose dough rises, naturally, more will be needed.

- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
- Honey - 0.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sausages - 10 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the honey and dry yeast in warm water.
Step 2
Add the sunflower oil and salt.
Step 3
Then gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough. It is necessary to knead the dough well and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. When the dough has risen, it needs to be kneaded a little more and rolled out into a sheet. Brush the sheet with egg and cut it into long strips (the size of the strips depends on the number and size of the sausages). Wrap each sausage in the dough.
Step 4
Take a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper, or grease the baking sheet with sunflower oil, and place it in the oven.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 482°F until golden brown.
