Ingredients
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 0.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Starch film - 1.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer for 1 minute on the highest speed.
Step 2
Mix and sift the flour, starch, and baking powder over the egg mixture. Quickly mix on the lowest speed.
Step 3
Transfer the batter to a piping bag with a large tip. Grease a baking sheet with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
Step 4
Pipe out sticks, not too large, as the batter spreads.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 392°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the sticks for 10–12 minutes. Carefully transfer the sticks to a wire rack to cool.
