- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 6 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Fruit Marmalade - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix softened butter and flour well. Add sour cream and baking soda.
Step 2
Knead the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles approximately 7x10 cm.
Step 4
Cut the marmalade in half lengthwise, place a strip of marmalade on the corner of each rectangle, and fold the rectangle diagonally.
Step 5
Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake at 392°F until golden brown.
