- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 6 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 8.8 oz
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the crepes, whisk together all the ingredients. If the sour cream is too runny, add more flour to achieve a thick but not overly dense batter. This amount of batter makes 6–7 crepes.
Step 2
Once the crepes have cooled, assemble the pie in layers: crepe, cheese, salmon, dill. Add dill to only some layers (the first, the middle, and on top for decoration).
