  • Baking Powder - 3 spoons
  • Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - 3.9 oz
  • Milk - 10 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cream - to taste

Sift the flour and baking powder. Add the sugar and mix well.

Mix the dry ingredients with the butter until crumbly. Gently toss the crumbs to incorporate air into the dough.
