Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 3.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the oat flakes, flour, salt, cheese, add baking soda and butter, and rub together.
Step 2
Slowly pour in the milk, knead the dough, and roll it out into a sheet.
Step 3
Cut out circles about 10 cm in diameter, and cut each circle into 4 pieces.
Step 4
Brush the edges of the pancakes with egg yolk and place in an oven preheated to 356°F. Bake until golden brown.
