  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Cream - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork for 30 seconds. Immediately add a pinch of salt, pour in the milk, and add the melted butter.

Step 2

Place the frying pan in a pot with thick walls, filled with boiling water about halfway up the sides of the pan, and set the pot over low heat. Continuously whisk the eggs, especially around the edges where they will initially settle on the walls.

Step 3

When the mixture reaches a thick, creamy consistency, remove the pan from the heat. The eggs will continue to cook for a while in the hot water. Stir in a little whole cream and serve the dish.
