Description

- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Ham - 3 slices
- Marinated cherries - 5 pieces
- Brussels Sprouts - 5 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 4 slices
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the skillet, but not too high to prevent burning.
Step 2
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half or into quarters.
Step 3
Place thin slices of ham (whole or cut, as preferred) and the chopped sprouts in the skillet.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into the skillet.
Step 5
When the eggs start to whiten, add the halved cherry tomatoes and begin to stir everything in the skillet with a spatula.

Add the sliced cheese and continue to stir.
