Description

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Sea Buckthorn - 3.5 oz
- Sea Buckthorn - 3 fl oz
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 4.4 oz
- Vanilla salt - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with a whisk. Add the oil, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
Step 2
Combine the flour with the baking powder and sift it into the batter. Mix everything and pour it into a greased baking dish.
Step 3
Peel the apples, cut each into three parts. Remove the core and make small cuts so that the apple does not fall apart.
Step 4
Place them cut side up.
Step 5
Scatter the sea buckthorn between the apples.
Step 6
Sprinkle everything with sugar and bake at 356°F until done.
