  • Frozen green bean pods - 3 tablespoons
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • White fish - 7.1 oz
  • Red drum fish - 3.5 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Prepare the sauce: melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan, add 2 tablespoons of flour, stir, pour in 240 ml of milk, and bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then cook until thickened.
