Ingredients

  • Milk - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Leek - 1 stalk
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 4.4 oz
  • Calamari - 4.4 oz
  • Parsley - 2.1 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel and chop the onion. Wash the leek and slice the white part into rings. Wash the pepper, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Dice the flesh into small cubes.

Step 2

In a heated skillet, pour in some oil, sauté the onion, pepper, and leek for 2–3 minutes.

Step 3

Thaw the calamari rings and shrimp, and pat them dry. Add to the vegetables and sauté for another 1–2 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4

Separate the yolks from the whites. Pour the milk and soy sauce into the yolks and whisk. In a separate bowl, beat the whites into a stiff foam. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.

Step 5

In a large skillet, melt the remaining oil and pour in the egg mixture. Cook over medium heat for 6 minutes. The top of the omelet should be slightly moist.

Step 6

Place the seafood on one half of the omelet and fold it over. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 7

Transfer to a warmed dish. Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
