- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Seafood cocktail - 10.6 oz
- Demi-Glace Sauce - 2 fl oz
- Ciabatta - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Microgreens - 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - 0.1 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the seafood mix in boiling water for 2–3 minutes.
Step 2
Place the seafood in a saucepan, add the demi-glace, and simmer everything over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Fry the sunny-side-up eggs in a generous amount of vegetable oil. There should be enough oil for the eggs to literally float in it.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished scrambled eggs with salt and sugar, then add seafood to them.
Step 5
Serve with aromatic ciabatta from the hearth oven, brushed with tomatoes, and garnished with microgreens.
