Description
The taste will be more like a dry cake than a pie. Instead of raspberries, we also used pitted frozen cherries, red and white currants — it turned out delicious.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Kefir - 4 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Margarine - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Raspberry leaves - to taste
- Semolina - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and beat again.
Step 3
The batter will be like thick sour cream.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a greased and semolina-dusted baking tray, spreading the raspberries (or other berries) evenly on top.
Step 5
Bake at 356°F for 40–50 minutes.
Step 6
Decorate the finished pie with mint and raspberries (or other berries).
