Description
Puff pastry should be taken out of the freezer in advance and allowed to thaw at room temperature. Then let it rest in the baking dish. You can also follow the instructions on the pastry package. Any fruits and berries can be used: make the pie entirely with apricots, or layer two types of fruit, or create a pie with strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi. The pie can be served warm with a scoop of ice cream or cooled with powdered sugar. Pour yourself a delicious coffee or tea and enjoy the peaceful moments :)
