Ingredients
- Sunflower Seeds - 3.5 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Pumpkin Seeds - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame Seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Poppy seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Flax seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Chickpea Flour - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Coconut Oil - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients. You should get a sticky, dense mass.
Step 2
Roll out the mass thinly, about 3 mm, and place it on a baking sheet (to prevent sticking to the rolling pin, you can wrap the rolling pin in a plastic bag).
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 356°F and place the sheet in for 20 minutes (it should brown).
Step 4
After removing from the oven, let it cool. Break or cut into pieces and serve.
