Ingredients
- 10% cream - 17 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Strawberry - 7.1 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3 teaspoons
- Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy. Whip the yolks with sugar. Whip the cream. Combine the cream and yolks.
Step 2
Add the egg whites, gently folding them in with a whisk or spoon. Chop the strawberries.
Step 3
Next, divide the mixture into as many parts as you will use for fillings. In this case, into three parts.
Step 4
In one part, add vanilla sugar, in the second part - cocoa, and in the third part - strawberries.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into molds suitable for freezing. Place in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
Step 6
Garnish your dessert with fresh berries and pieces of fruit.
