- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Semolina - 7.1 oz
- Margarine - 6.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Condensed Milk - ½ can
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the pack of margarine.
Step 2
Add the eggs. Whisk thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour in the flour, semolina, and sugar into the mixture. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking dish. Bake at 356°F until done (I cooked it in a slow cooker on the baking mode for 40 minutes).
Step 5
Transfer the finished semolina cake to a plate and drizzle with condensed milk to soak and soften.
