- Milk - 1 qt
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Semolina - 12 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Raisins - to taste

Step 1
Bring the milk to a boil, gradually add the semolina while stirring constantly, and cook until a thick porridge forms. When it's almost ready, add sugar to taste and a pinch of salt (if desired). Remove the pot from the heat and let the semolina cool.
Step 2
Crack 1 egg into the cottage cheese, add sugar and salt to taste.
Step 3
Steam the raisins in a water bath, dry them, and add them to the cottage cheese.
Step 4
Beat 2 eggs for breading. Wet your hands with water, take a heaping tablespoon of the porridge, and form a patty. Place a little filling in the center and shape it into a cutlet. Coat in egg and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
