- Semolina - 1 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Kefir - 1 cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Cranberry - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the sugar with the egg. Add salt and baking soda, and mix everything well again.
Step 2
Add semolina and flour to the mixture, along with grated butter, and stir.
Step 3
Pour kefir into the 'sand' mixture and mix.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a mold and bake at 180°C until ready.
Step 5
Place the finished semolina cake on a plate and drizzle with cranberry syrup.
