- Semolina - 1 cup
- 20% Sour Cream - 1 cup
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Baking Soda (slaked) - ½ teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Margarine - 2.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the semolina with sour cream and let it swell for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar and add to the semolina.
Step 3
Add melted margarine (cooled), salt, slaked baking soda, and flour. The batter should be liquid.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Step 5
Bake for 40 minutes at 356°F until golden brown. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick — if the toothpick comes out dry after piercing the cake, it means the cake is ready.
