- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon

Pour the semolina with kefir and let it sit for at least an hour.
Step 2
Beat the egg into the semolina and kefir mixture, add the butter, baking soda, and sugar. The dough should be thick in consistency.
Step 3
Bake in the oven in a mold until golden brown at a temperature of 180–392°F. Check readiness with a toothpick.
