Semolina Muffins with Kefir

Ingredients

  • Semolina - 8 fl oz
  • Kefir - 8 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 8 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 8 fl oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour 240 ml of semolina with 240 ml of kefir and let it sit for about 40 minutes.

Step 2

Then add 1 egg and mix well.

Step 3

Add half a teaspoon of baking soda (I neutralized it with vinegar), then add 240 ml of sugar and 240 ml of flour. Mix this mixture well (using a blender).

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Step 5

Fill the molds 2/3 full and place them in the oven for 40–50 minutes.
