  • Egg white - ½ piece
  • Jam - 1.8 oz
  • Water - 3 fl oz

Step 1

Boil the water with honey and 5 g of butter, gradually add the semolina while stirring frequently with a whisk, cover with a lid and let it sit on the edge of the stove for 5 minutes; then add the egg, beat well, and use a tablespoon to place 6-8 small pancakes in a pan with butter.

Step 2

Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Serve them drizzled with jam.
