This is the most genius recipe from my great-grandmother :) You can serve it for breakfast or as a dessert.
Ingredients
- Semolina - 2 spoons
- Milk - 1 glass
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Jam - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the semolina porridge, adding sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. All to taste.
Step 2
Pour the porridge into a dessert bowl or cup, let it cool slightly, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 3
In the morning, if it was poured into a cup, run a knife around the edges of the cup and, like a small cake, remove it onto a plate. Then you can add whatever you like: jam, fruits, etc.
