  • Semolina - 0.5 oz
  • Sugar - 0.2 oz
  • Butter - 0.2 oz
  • Milk - 4 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the carrot, wash it, grate it on a fine grater, add sugar, salt, and 2.5 g of butter, and sauté on low heat until partially cooked.

Step 2

Pass the sautéed carrot through a sieve or blend it in a blender.

Step 3

Add hot milk, bring to a boil, and gradually sprinkle in the semolina while stirring.

Step 4

Cook the porridge until thickened, season with butter, and place in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
