Ingredients
- Milk - 16 fl oz
- Semolina - 2.1 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Water - 0 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour a small amount of water into a small saucepan and distribute it evenly across the bottom. This little trick will help prevent the milk from scorching during cooking.
Step 2
Pour in the milk and heat it well, but do not bring it to a boil.
Step 3
While the milk is on the stove, prepare the semolina, and as soon as the milk is ready, slowly sprinkle the semolina into the milk with one hand while stirring continuously with the other.
Step 4
Stir for another five minutes, then remove from heat and cover with a lid. Let it sit for a couple more minutes.
Step 5
Serve with butter and your favorite toppings. I love adding cinnamon.
