Semolina porridge made with milk

Ingredients

  • Semolina - 1 cup
  • Milk - 5 cups
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In boiling milk, gradually add the semolina while stirring continuously, and cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes until thickened. After that, add sugar and salt, and stir.

Step 2

You can add 1–2 tablespoons of butter and some fruit (in my case, it's a tangerine) to the porridge.
