  • Semolina - 7.1 oz
  • Pears - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 32 fl oz
  • Sugar - 4 teaspoons
  • Vanilla salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the milk into a deep pot, add salt, and bring to a boil on high heat for 8 minutes.

Step 2

Then, while stirring, gradually add the semolina, add sugar, and cook the porridge on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring two to three times during cooking.

Step 3

Wash the pears, peel them, remove the core and seeds, and cut them into thin strips.

Step 4

Stir the cooked porridge with butter, add the pears and ground vanilla, mix, and serve.
