Ingredients

  • Milk - 9 fl oz
  • Semolina - 2.8 oz
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Poppy seed paste - ½ teaspoon
  • Raspberry gin - to taste
  • Dried Turkey - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan, add sugar and poppy seeds (previously soaked in boiling water for about 10 minutes), then gradually sprinkle in the semolina while stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat until desired thickness is reached.

Step 2

Remove from heat, serve in bowls, and enjoy hot with dried fruits and raspberry jam.
