  • Semolina - 7.1 oz
  • Raisins - 7.1 oz
  • Sugar - 2.8 oz
  • Milk - 32 fl oz
  • Vanillin - a pinch
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the raisins and soak them in 480 ml of water for 1 hour, heating with the water for 8 minutes at full power and let it steep.

Step 2

Drain the broth.

Step 3

Pour a small amount of milk over the semolina and let it sit for a few minutes.

Step 4

Mix the remaining milk with the broth and heat to boiling for 8 minutes.

Step 5

Pour the boiling mixture into the semolina while stirring continuously.

Step 6

Cook the porridge on medium power for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 7

Mix the finished porridge with raisins, sugar, and vanillin, add salt to taste, and serve.
