  • Milk - 16 fl oz
  • Turmeric - to taste
  • Cardamom - to taste
  • Honey - to taste
  • Coconut flakes - to taste
  • Ghee - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Bring the milk to a state of 'almost boiling'. Stirring, add the semolina. Continue stirring, add turmeric and cardamom. Cook for 5–10 minutes.

Step 2

Remove from heat and add ghee, honey, and coconut flakes.
