Sesame and Flaxseed Buns with Spices

Ingredients

  • Kefir - ½ cup
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Flaxseeds - 3.5 oz
  • Sesame Oil - 1.8 oz
  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 2.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Fiber - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix kefir, milk, egg, and salt.

Step 2

Add all types of flour and fiber, season with pepper, and knead the dough (it will not be very dense in consistency).

Step 3

Grease your hands with vegetable oil and place small balls on a silicone mat. Flatten the buns and sprinkle with spices. I used caraway seeds, chili flakes, and dried basil, as well as sea salt.

Step 4

Bake at 180-374°F for 30-40 minutes.
