- Toasted Sesame - 1 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 0.7 cups
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet and grind them with a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Toast the flour in a dry skillet until light golden, mix with the sesame seeds, and grind with a blender. Add the vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Heat over low heat until the milk with sugar comes to a boil, and cook for one minute. Then immediately pour into the prepared sesame mixture and quickly stir.
Step 4
Transfer the resulting mixture to a damp baking sheet and smooth it out. Leave it to cool for 20–30 minutes, then cut into triangles, diamonds, and squares.
