- Raisins - 5.3 oz
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste

Step 1
Soak the sesame in 100–150 grams of water for about three hours.
Step 2
Soak the raisins for about the same time.
Step 3
Blend the sesame until smooth.
Step 4
Add a teaspoon of cinnamon, pour in half of the soaked raisins, and blend again.
Step 5
Add 3 bananas and blend once more.
Step 6
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle the remaining raisins on top.
