Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Butter - 6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 2
Melt the butter and let it cool.
Step 3
Beat the yolks and 1 cup of sugar with a mixer. Add salt and vanilla sugar, and mix again. Add the melted butter and mix again. Add the sour cream and mix again.
Step 4
While mixing the dough with a mixer, gradually add the flour. The dough should be very smooth.
Step 5
At the very end, add the beaten egg whites and gently fold the dough with a spoon.
Step 6
Heat the frying pan well, place a large teaspoon of dough in each indentation, closer to the center, and tightly close with the other half of the frying pan.
Step 7
Hold the pan for 2–3 minutes on one side and another 2–3 minutes on the other side. This way, brown the cookies to the desired color.
