If you're not a fan of cumin, you can skip it.
Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 3.5 oz
- Sheridan's Liqueur - to taste
- Nuts - 4 teaspoons
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 3 pieces
- Ground Cumin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the chocolate in the refrigerator.
Step 2
On a plate, place 3–4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla or cream).
Step 3
Finely chop the nuts or use a food processor. Add a tiny pinch of ground cumin to the nuts, just for aroma; the aroma will be present if it just sits nearby. Mix and sprinkle 4 teaspoons of the chopped nuts over the ice cream.
Step 4
Grate 3 pieces of chocolate on a fine grater and sprinkle over the ice cream.
Step 5
Drizzle the ice cream with liqueur straight from the bottle, enough to cover the entire surface of the ice cream.
