Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Almond - 1 cup
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Kefir - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with sugar, add the egg, salt, vanilla sugar, baking powder, kefir, and beat well.
Step 2
Add the all-purpose flour and almond flour. Knead the dough and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 3
Roll out the dough, cut out cookies with cookie cutters, sprinkle with sugar or almond flakes. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake until golden brown.
Step 4
Dust with powdered sugar.
